Work description

The XULRunner toolkit supports a "Plugin Finder Service" that eases users to find installable browser plugins when they encounter a web page that requires such a plugin that is not installed yet.

The full bounty will be awarded if the service works in SeaMonkey in the same way as it does now in Firefox, including notification in a browser info bar as far as that is available.

Note that part of this functionality needs info/notification bars implemented for SeaMonkey, which are subject to another bug bounty.
