Work description

RSS/Atom feed support is a very frequently requested feature for SeaMonkey, while our "siblings", Firefox and Thunderbird both support them in some way. As such, code can be ported from both of them to implement this bug.

The full bounty will be paid for an implementation that:

builds upon the feed reader backend available for all Mozilla applications from toolkit,
a front end that makes feeds available in the Mail & Newsgroups part of SeaMonkey in a similar way to Thunderbird
and some indicator for adding feeds from a web page in the browser part like in Firefox (url bar icon).
