Work description

Through a 2006 Google Summer of Code project, Firefox got a reworked page info dialog. This work should be ported to SeaMonkey.

The full bounty will be awarded to the developer who manages to port the new page info panes to SeaMonkey without losing any functionality compared to the current SeaMonkey page info dialog, and with keeping tabs instead of Firefox icon strip to switch between the info panes.
